Anacasa Villa Kandinski Oliva Nova Golf MET CH103

Welcome to this spacious and comfortable holiday home in Oliva, Costa Blanca, Spain, ideal for up to 8 people and perfect for unforgettable vacations with family, friends, and pets! Located in a beach and residential area, near a golf course, restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and just 1 km from the beautiful Oliva Nova Beach.

This spacious 2-story dwelling offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed across both floors, with access to the bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor only through an exterior staircase, providing privacy and a unique layout. Additionally, both the living room/dining area and the two bedrooms located on the main floor, as well as the bedroom situated on the upper floor, are equipped with air conditioning. The comfort and proximity to the beach, entertainment venues, and shopping options make this dwelling a perfect choice.



The main floor and the upper floor are accessible from the outside, providing a unique experience. The American kitchen, equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, mixer, and toaster, offers all the necessary amenities. The laundry area in the kitchen adds convenience.



The bedrooms include one with 4 bunk beds, another with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are a total of 2 bathrooms, one with a sink, shower and bathtub combination, bidet, toilet, and hair dryer, and another en-suite with sink, shower, and toilet.



In the exterior, enjoy a wonderful garden with grass and trees, a terrace, a fenced plot for greater privacy, and a private and covered parking space.



The property is located near various amenities, such as Oliva Nova beach at 1000 meters, Oliva port less than 6 kilometers away, and Oliva Nova Shopping Center and Oliva Nova Golf Resort less than 500 meters away, M.E.T. (Mediterranean Equestrian Tour) horseback riding at 2km.

En líneas generales bien, se puede mejorar: - Le falta AA, que en ciertos momentos se echo en falta. - Tumbonas y barbacoa tampoco tiene, que ayudarían para aprovechar mejor el jardín. - Tampoco tuvimos acceso al garaje por lo que uno de los coches siempre estuvo aparcado fuera y sin sombra. A modo de crítica constructiva.
