  • In Oliva, Villa Rosa 2 occupies the first floor of a two-story house and offers excellent views of the Mediterranean Sea. The 100 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.



    This accommodation has a balcony. Guests on this floor share the pool with those staying on the ground floor; the pool is not for the exclusive use of Villa Rosa 2.



    The property is located on the beachfront with direct access to the sea. One parking space is available on the premises.



    Events are not permitted. Pets are allowed, but bathing pets in the pool is not permitted.
