“Were never provided with working door key...locks had been damaged by previous tenant. 2 pillows and sheet with no blanket they had only 1 extra pillow available anywhere. Light bulbs had been removed from all but two light fixtures which left us with no light at all in the bed room."fully stocked" kitchen was a drawer with 2 spoons and a knife, no cups,glasses,plates,pots or pans!!! No dining area as advertised. No breakfast offered as advertised!! No replacement room available??? IF YOU CHOOSE……

“Chose property specifically to have pool shown in ad photo. Pool closed 3 years ago. Also, daily breakfast ended 3 years ago, but still advertised(Covid excuse). Shower was very moldy, most old faucets leaked, price we paid was almost double what rooms were advertised on line direct with hotel. Felt insecure with individuals sitting in cars in fenced in parking lot, but never threatened. The good was spacious rooms, good beds, decent carpet, new LVT bath floors( still had installers light……

“This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M”
