“The little house was amazing!Very clean and great location!”

“This place was SPOTLESS!!! The house had everything we needed and was close to all of the things that we wanted to do! Master bed was super comfortable and living room fit all of us perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed and we especially LOVED the coffee bar! We truly enjoyed our stay!”

“We travled here with some youth from our church. Place was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Rooms were clean and it had nice large common areas which was very nice. Host responded quickly to my questions before booking and made the process quick and easy.”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“Clean, affordable, close to restaurants and shops”

“Host was very quick with communication and very accommodating. The home is a tiny home, very cozy, and easy to maneuver through. The shower stall and getting into the loft help you remember you have rented a tiny house. If you’re taller than 5’6” it’s small. To get into the loft the use of the provided step stool to get up to the first ladder rung was needed. The ceiling is low enough up there that you’ll bump your head to sit up. BUT, the double bed is comfortable and cozy! There is a futon……

“The property was as described, clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.”

“We had a great stay! Cute little place, perfect for what we needed!”

“This is a super cool cabin that has a great combination of getting away and also close to amenities. We had a great stay!”

“Front desk and employee were horrible🎣”

“Very quiet clean comfortable and convenient. Shower is a bit small. You have to like memory foam mattresses. I would stay there again.”

“Overall was a nice stay. Stayed two nights for a concert nearby. Very spacious and clean. Only giving 4 stars due to no ceiling fans in the rooms.Other than that great find for reasonable price !!”

“Get good communication, clean property, and close enough to town to get everything you need. Will stay again”

“A cute, updated house to use as a home base in the area with everything you need! The house was clean and well maintained, and the host was extremely responsive and communicative. It was 2 adults and a 4 year old and worked well for all of us--We loved our visit!”

“Exactly as described. Loved the hot tub at the end of a busy day. Everything was great. All updated and very comfortable. Close to stores and parks. The owner kept in contact with all the information we needed and sent us info about the local area. We will definitely be back.”

“Lovely house on a wooded lot - perfect place to call home for a few days while we were in Knoxville!”

“I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak……

“Hosts and house were fantastic! Lake was very peaceful. Fabulous property.”
