When we arrived there was no host on site to check us in. Hot water was not turned on and we had to ask. No soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer were provided. No drinking water or bottle water were provided and we had to purchase. No assistance with luggage. This place doesn’t meet many criteria for being listed on Expedia.

Clean and good food for breakfast. The only room had no heater so it was cold at night but the bed is warm. Thin walls and windows so it can be loud.

No hay estacionamiento pero puedes estacionar en la calle. El hotel es acogedor y se puede ir caminando a la plaza y al sitio arqueológico de Ollantaytambo. El desayuno estuvo rico.

Such an amazing experience. The owners were so kind and helpful. The service and support was better than some 5star hotels I’ve been at. The views and listening to the river outside was so tranquil. Definitely worth the time and highly recommended!

Nossa experiência com o o hotel foi incrível. Lugar muito aconchegante, confortável e de ótima localização. A ducha também é maravilhosa, de longe o melhor banho que tomamos na viagem rs. The property owners were amazing! We had to check in at a very odd time and they were super flexible for us. Always checked on us and got us anything we needed. Breakfast was very good, as well! And they even helped arrange transportation to tours, which was a very cool experience. The rooms were very nice, shower had hot water, the view was great, and the sound of the water can put you to sleep quickly. Highly recommend this place and visiting Ollantaytambo. Beautiful city with the best food around Peru! It’s also very walkable no matter where you want to go in town.

Lovely little Lodge

The hotel is a little walk from the town but well worth it. Lovely little lodge and the people running it were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and being right on the river was so nice. You could hear it running by. The breakfast was good and they made a sack breakfast for us the day we left early to MP. They held our extra luggage until we returned. Highly recommend staying here.

It was a very comfortable stay except for a plumbing issue where my family has to move from one room to another. The view of the mountain is amazing from our room and the sound of river gushing from my family’s room. My family’s room has 3 bedrooms, which makes it a great one for my sister and my 2 nephews. When Edith found out that we have not had a chance to have dinner before checking in, she cooked omelette with bread and cheese. Stan, her husband helped with the luggage and they let us store our luggage while hiking Machu Picchu and arranged transportation for us. Thanks!

Lovely, peaceful, place to stay near the river.

This is a perfect place for families or solo travelers looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. Clean, excellent breakfast and service. Our room was on the river and made for a calming and peaceful night with the background sound of the currents. Very sweet place to stay - excellent value for the price. Highly recommend.

This rustic lodge is a really great value. The owners are to be commended for their vision and the beauty of its surroundings. There are two locations, but only one is operating right now. It is about a-half mile distant from the main town on a country road.
