Warning - beautiful but poorly maintained

This house is beautiful and the pool is great, and the interior is in line with pictures. But as previous reviews indicate, this is poorly maintained and we spent our vacation taking care of house problems that could have been avoided with proper maintenance. During our stay we had the following issues 1) Saturday when we arrived the refrigerators were broken, which is also confirmed by another review from June. Still they were not changed 2) On Monday we had an extra refrigerator delivered. 3) On Tuesday we had to attend the electrician taking care of the illegal installation of the dishwasher (upon arrival we were expected to use and extension-cord under the sink to use the dishwasher) 4) On Thursday the key to gate broke as the button was worn out (confirmed by the electrician coming on Friday) but later we were accused of breaking it. It is a very old system and it is clearly worn out. It took us 1,5 hours to open the gate manually as the gates/motors are so old) to get out of the property with our car. Luckily were were not heading to the hospital or an important appointment. 5) On Friday the pipes were so bad in the kitchen that the water was filling up and the plummer/electrician had to come fix it to avoid complete stop. While the house is fantastic in many ways, it is not great to spend the vacation taking care of someone else house. The agency acted fairly quick, but the owners should take of their house. (The maintenance guy was very nice) On top, they have now charged us for marks on a table (that apparently our kid has done, without us noticing) and hence a big warning that you are expected to take care of the owners problems if you rent this house. .

Geräumiges Haus mit großem Garten, schönem Pool und traumhaftem Ausblick

Das Haus liegt einzigartig oben am Berg in einer mit separatem Tor abgeschlossenen Siedlung, unser Ansprechpartner der Agentur war pünktlich vor Ort, so dass wir nicht vor verschlossenem Tor standen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hat viele Zimmer und einen großzügigen Wohnbereich und eine komplette Küche mit allem was man braucht. Mittlerweile gibt es einen neuen Kühlschrank, zusätzlich eine Tiefkühltruhe, es gibt einen neuen Holzkohlegrill. Es war alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht nicht mehr ganz modern, aber uns hat das nicht gestört, da alles gepflegt und funktionstüchtig war und man die Zeit praktisch nur draußen verbringt. Für 7 Leute mit 4 Zimmern ist großzügig Platz. Das unschlagbare an dem Haus ist der nicht einsehbare Garten mit einem großzügigen, sehr sauberen Pool und einem Traumblick nach Süden auf die Bucht von Toulon. Diesen Blick genießt man auch von der Loggia an der Küche und den Terrassen, die elektrische Markisen haben. Der Pool hat sehr lange Sonne und hat morgens und nachmittags teilweise Schatten. Unterhalb gibt es eine separate Boulebahn. Das einzige was gefehlt hat und was sich sicherlich kostengünstig ergänzen läßt, waren zusätzliche Sonnenliegen und ein Sonnenschirm. Wir haben die ruhige, ungestörte Lage und den tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Die Übergabe mit der Agentur lief sehr gut, alles wurde gut erklärt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances en famille

Villa à la deco un peu vieillotte mais fonctionnel et très bien équipée. Proche de la Seyne, Sanary et Bandol à moins de 15 min et 30 mn de la Ciotat. Piscine avec vue splendide, au calme juste le chant des cigales, idéal pour se reposer et à l abris de tout regard ! Tres bien pour une famille qui aspire au calme.

Goed onderhouden, rustig, praktisch en veel ruimte

UItstekende locatie met mooi panoramisch zicht. Zwembad is super goed onderhouden en proper. 1/3 is ondiep +- 95cm, ideel voor kinderen, het diepe gedeelte gaat tot 2,5m. Zwemmen met de ogen open kan perfect. Alle kamers zijn ruim, veel plaats overal om te bewegen welke een open gevoel geeft. In de keuken vind je alle praktische tools en genoeg berg- en koelruimtes. Badkamer en sanitair zijn goed uitgerust. Je merkt wel dat het geen recente villa is en dat de meubels verouderd zijn, maar aangezien het onderhoud zo goed is kan ik dit alleen maar als een pluspunt bezien dat alles zo warm en huiselijk maakt. Wat ik wel aanraad aan de eigenaar is om een schaduwplek te voorzien zodat de wagen de hele dag uit de zon kan staan. Nu kan dit momenteel tot de middag dankzij de schaduw van de villa. Kortom, een heel leuke tijd gehad ter plaatse en ik kan het ten zeerste aanbevelen.

super Ferienobjekt

Wir sind seit 15 Jahren F-Urlauber - dieses Haus belegt Platz 1! Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit toller Sicht - es ist alles vorhanden. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Funktionierende Insektenschutzgitter sind eingebaut. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und absolut sauber. Bettdecken + B-Wäsche nehmen wir immer selbst mit. Ein paar Küchengeräte - Bsp. Kühlschrank sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, aber tun es noch. Bei internationaler Vermietung wäre SAT-TV schon schön - aber Internetradio tuts auch. Das Internet ist nervig langsam aber funktioniert. Das Objekt liegt in einem geschlossenen Gelände. Da das Haupttor am Berg ist, wäre eine Fernbedienung wünschenswert - für das Tor zum Grundstück ist eine vorhanden. Ansonsten ein absolut toller Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend. Hinweis: die Kündigungsbedingungen der Agentur weichen von denen der Ferienplattform ab.
