Cozy apartment, 10 minutes from Alghero, ideal for families

The approximately 60-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a small building. It has a separate entrance and a patio measuring about 70 square metres, where you can dine while admiring our island’s fantastic sunsets. The Bouganville features air conditioning and consists of a living room with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, and a freezer, a bathroom with a shower, an air-conditioned double bedroom, and a small bedroom with two single beds—which has no windows and is not air-conditioned but is cooled by the air conditioner in the living room. Located in the upper part of Olmedo, in a very quiet area, it is just a few minutes from the train station and the small town centre, where you’ll find several supermarkets, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, and various bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best dishes of Sardinian cuisine. Strategically located, Olmedo is just 10 minutes from the city of Alghero and its beautiful beaches; it’s also an excellent starting point for exploring the coast and the central-northern part of Sardinia.
