We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and loved being a bit away from the town but still close enough where it was a 30 min. walk or 5 min. drive. "We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This apartment was even better than we hoped. Everything was immaculate, the location was perfect. Yes, there was a little noise at times, but you are right in the middle of town and so that is to be expected - it certainly wasn't a problem. the manager, Rafael, was excellent and arranged a driver from the airport and then on to our next destination, Mindo. "A bit noisy at times but to be expected on a bus route. Beautiful views. Church Bells added an Old World Charm. Rooftop was nice."

"Plenty of room for our group of 12. The owner even came over and helped us start a fire, for the cold nights! Also had periodical cleaning which was an added bonus. Only issue we had is the downstairs shower only had cold water so we had to share the 2 upstairs between 12 folks. Not ideal but was do able. Great house in a quiet part of town."

"Lovely little hotel. Close to the market. Very helpful staff who organized a driver to take us to the Cuicocha Lake, and pick us up after the hike. We struggled to find a bus to Latacunga but, again, the receptionist was very helpful in contacting the bus company. Luis took us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Great service. "
