“Het huis heeft alles wat je wensen kan, zeer goed uitgerust. Groot en van alle gemakken voorzien, mooier dan op de foto’s, eigenaar zeer vriendelijk. Fijn terras met schaduw of zon, wat je wilt. Goede wifi, mooie badkamer en goed bed. Ligt een beetje afgelegen, klein half uur rijden naar alghero.”

“Location was great for the city of Fertilia. 15 minute drive to Alghero. Beautifully decorated with the owners personal artwork. Farmers market on Saturday for clothes and other items like CHEESE. Location being walkable for restaurants in Fertilia so you don’t need to deal with all the cars and traffic in Alghero. Be aware of parking- not a lot of it and I apparently parked in a ZTL zone. Cost me 30 euros. Lastly owner was quick to respond to our questions and needs.”

“The property was very good with a large living room & bedroom. The bathroom is also well equipped. Plenty of garden furniture & a decent sized pool.Luca was very helpful & available for questions. Leaving us a bottle of bubbly was a nice touch.The nearest town is Stintino which is about 8 km away. The supermarket and restaurant on the Country Paradise were discontinued. There is a large Turrismarket on the outskirts of the town & a smaller store at the end of the Main Street. There are plenty of……
