Quaint & Basic

Staff was readily available and helpful. The room was average, not the cleanest, with stains on some of the towels. But the bed was really comfortable and clean. Very quiet and just outside of town. I just needed a low cost hotel to stay at while in the area and this fit the bill.

Hosts were very nice. Room was clean and a nice size though a little run down. Had a good refrigerator and television. Bed was squeaky and the whole bed moved when either of us moved.

I've stayed here twice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit slightly run down due to this being an older property. They didn't seem to have my reservation upon check in, but managed to get me in quickly with a little checking. Few minor downsides: The rooms tend to be stuffy until you turn the a/c on. There is a distinct smell that seems to have dug into all the indoor spaces that I'm personally not a fan of. There is a lack of electrical outlets, making it difficult to charge my devices, and there is no lighting near the front door/desk inside the room, which I find odd. Outside of that, this is an ok stay if you're just passing through for a night or two.

Just ok.

This place was just ok. I was in town for 4 days and needed a budget friendly stay. This property was definitely old and run down, but some improvements have been made to update it. It was clean and the owners were friendly. My room was hot, and took a full day to cool down to a tolerable temperature during the hottest weekend all year, and I contemplated sleeping in my car a few times. The shower was lukewarm at best, with very little water pressure. There was no HBO as advertised. The bed was comfortable tho, and it was nice to have my car right outside the door. I probably wouldn't stay again, but it wasn't completely awful, and is an ok choice if you're on a tight budget.

Unless you are desperate, don't bother!

The front desk was friendly. I had never been there before. It was old and I said as long as its clean and bug free, it was 1 night. He said it should be fairly clean. He should have said barely. The wall was busted and patched together. The bathroom had been remodeled some and it didn't look as bad but all the towels were stained and there was an inch of test and dirty prints all over the hair dryer. Dust coated the headboard and lamps as well. It was very dark and difficult to see until I opened the curtains. I did find a roach on the floor when I got up during the night to use the bathroom. Needless to say, i will never stay here again! I was told I could get coffee in the lobby but it was never made. The waitress at the restaurant down the street said she won't have let us stay at her house if she had known. Her exact response was,"oh, you poor dears!" Enough said.

Old, worn room, super small television became an eye test for my old eyes. Thin walls...adjoining room conversations almost understandable. Good room size. Car parked directly outside my window a plus.

The manager and staff were amazing!! The cleanliness was beyond spontaneous. For a motel, this is basically a motel. Very caring and loving staff. Was very impressed. Great service

No frills stay for great price. Great owners/hosts. Kind and caring about their guests. Found room to be very clean, bedding clean, great mattress & sleep. Liked having refrigerator & microwave. A few miles from town which made it quiet and feel safe. Enjoyed grassy area out front with furniture provided by owners.
