「The initial impression was fantastic, but unfortunately there was no hot water due to a plumbing issue and then there was no TV available. The breakfast was good but when we asked for information on skydiving we waited for a long time and no one came to help.」

「This hotel has changed ownership and has gone from a really friendly welcoming place to the total opposite and is such a shame. Management were more for the local guests. The rooms are dirty and hardly cleaned. In the ten days I stayed there the splash marks from toothpaste in the sink tiles remained. My room was a twin but was small and you couldn’t swing a cat - luckily I was a sole traveller but not ideal or comfortable. Arranged transfer from airport and it didn’t arrive. This was carnage...
