“Property was great, perfect for what we needed. Very close to race track which is what we were looking for.”

“Clean, very comfortable. The only issue we had was with the water heater - it had a problem of some sort & the water wasn't very hot.”

“The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Especially enjoyed sitting on the porch when the temperature was a little cooler and watching the two horses frolicking in the pasture. The internet access could stand some improvement and a few extra bed pillows would have been useful.”

“The house was large and roomy. The property manager was very attentive and helpful with anything that we needed. We loved the grounds and the pool was great! We were disappointed that the listing stated that there was a hot tub, but there isn't one and also it claims to have 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, but there is only one. This posed an issue for us for one night, but as some of our guests left, we made it work. Overall, it's great and we would rent it again.”

“The house is nicely sized and very well taken care of. We spent hours(!) sitting in the backyard, watching the ducks and cranes go about their business, often within feet of us. The location couldn't be more convenient if you have things to do in/around Lake City.”

“We stopped overnight on a long trip. There were ants in the bathroom and the sink and the air never did cool the room off to a comfortable temperature even when we left the next morning. There was also a strong smell of weed outside when walking to the courtyard. ”
