Great location just minutes to downtown Olympia, the State Capitol and Medical Services. This welcoming daylight basement apartment 'Ebb Tide Flat' is perfect for any traveler - even a peek a boo view of Budd Inlet.

It’s a very short walk to Tugboat Annies Restaurant and marina where you can rent kayaks or moor a boat. 1.7 mile walk or 4 min drive to downtown Olympia where you can enjoy a boardwalk, farmers market, or sit at the Oyster House restaurant on the waterfront where there is live music in the summer.

Take a walk around Capitol lake, bring a good book and have a picnic. It’s also a great spot for jogging. There are many shops, restaurants and events (marathons, music, arts) happening near the lake.

We are centrally located to the Capitol Building and shopping which are a short 5 minute drive. Olympia is a gateway to beaches, the Olympic Peninsula and Hood Canal. A great spot to land if you're exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Even with our close in location, you can watch deer walk up the street and across the yard, you may see eagles, blue herons and even our chocolate lab dog. He is very friendly and completely separated from guests. You may see him on the upper house deck occasionally.

The Flat has TVs in the bedroom and livingroom. The bathroom is cozy, you have access to free WiFi, full kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and more. You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay after exploring or working in the area. Relax in your recliner or sit at the bistro table and watch TV or your peek a boo view of the Sound. The bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam topper, tv and closet for all your things.

Updated floors, bathroom and decor add a nice touch to the Flat. We have onsite parking and after hours/touchless check in.
