- Downstairs are the living space, and kitchenette. The living space has a sleeper sofa, television, and DVD player. Upstairs are the second queen bedroom and bathroom.
- The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a mini refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a stove top. There is no oven.
- Two full bathrooms. One has an oversized tub/shower.
- The Studio Loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

This spacious two-story Studio Loft condominium #311 is in a wonderful location at the ski-in/ski-out Palisades Tahoe Lodge with immediate access to the slopes or immediate access to the trails! The condo is 800 square feet with pool and valley peak views.

The living area has a new and modern queen sleeper sofa and a comfy chair, providing seating for relaxation and for gatherings.
Adjacent to the kitchenette and the living area is the dining table that seats four. It is also the perfect spot for friendly game night, creating a few fun memories in the process. For a quick breakfast or some extra seats, the breakfast bar with three stools is perfect.

The kitchenette with white tile countertops comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and stove top. There is no oven. It is all you need to prepare your meals for the day.

The first bed is the queen bed on the first floor, separated from the living space by a pony wall and tall cabinet providing some privacy. The bathrooms are conveniently located on each floor, making it easy and convenient for everyone. The first-floor bathroom is spacious with long tile, vanity sink and an oversized tub and shower. Bathroom two upstairs has a full tub and shower.

The second floor of the condominium has queen bed number two, and a desk just in case there is need of a little work or an escape.

After a fun day on the slopes, you'll be happy to discover the hot tubs available for your enjoyment (indoor and outdoor). You can also soothe and stretch your muscles in the steam room, sauna or at the health club at Palisades Tahoe Lodge. In the summer the swimming pool is top of the list for relaxation.

Of course, being ski-in/ski-out means you have instant access to the slopes. With no need to fuss with driving or long walks to the lifts; the convenience of this location ensures you can maximize your time and fun on the mountain.
You are also located just a stroll to the Village for dining and après or a quick drive to several nearby summer Tahoe golf courses. In the summer the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool can be very important to your enjoyment as are the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. You are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

In the winter you are mere steps from the heart of Palisades Tahoe’s fabled KT-22 chairlift.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
