Studio Loft #315 offers:
• 800 square feet with two stories, two bed areas, two bathrooms and living space.
• The downstairs bedroom area has a Murphy queen bed. Upstairs is a king bed and the second bathroom.
• Downstairs is the living space and kitchen.
• The living space has a sofa with a queen sleeper. It also has two side chairs, a television, and DVD player.
• The kitchen area includes utensils, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top and oven.
• There are two private bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.
• The Studio Loft Condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.
At ski-in/ski-out Palisades Tahoe Lodge you have all the benefits of a perfect mountain location and two-story Studio Loft condominium #315 puts you right where you want to be, immediately on the slopes or immediately on the trails! That is hard to beat!
This two-story Palisade Tahoe Lodge condominium is 800 square feet with pools views. It has two stories, two bathrooms, gathering zones, and a dining spot.
As you enter the studio loft you come upon the kitchen with upgraded tile countertop and backsplash. It comes equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove top and an oven.
Across from the kitchen is the downstairs bed area with a queen size Murphy bed that when closed creates an open zone for gatherings and creates a great play area.
The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.
Downstairs, the living room has a sofa (queen sleeper sofa), two chairs and a coffee table that helps to create a wonderful gathering and conversation zone. The television is wall hung in case it is needed. The adjacent wooden dining table and chairs seat six.
Upstairs the loft has a king bed, and full bathroom with an upgraded full shower.
The condominium has all the benefits of its convenient mountain location. You have easy access to the Village at Palisades Tahoe dining and located just steps from the resort chairlifts, KT22 and the Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine Meadows. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest, they are all nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails. Shirley Canyon is truly around the corner – up mountain for a great leg burner with beautiful views! Summer is not complete without some time at the Palisade Tahoe Lodge swimming pool. Biking, hiking, Lake Tahoe beaches or boating or several nearby Tahoe golf courses are also all available.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
