DISCLOSURES:
-There is no private or community grill available. -The Security Camera is pointed at the front door and motion-activated. -No firewood permitted in fireplace. Only firewood alternative, pressed instant logs, such as DuraFlame logs, are permitted. -Free shuttle is provided by a 3rd party company: Mountaineer Transit. *Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.

Well-appointed condo with riverfront views! Exclusive condo complex located directly on the Truckee River overlooking the River Ranch and white water rafting in the summer and direct access to Alpine Palisades. Condo features one spacious bedroom with a queen bed and ROKU television plus two closets. Full bathroom just down the hall with tub/shower combo and a separate single sink. Plus, use of a ski locker located by the front entry.

Living space has an open concept with fully updated kitchen with stainless appliances and a smooth surface range/oven, over the range microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. Stay connected no matter where you dine with 4 seats at the breakfast bar, 4 at the dining table in living room or 2 just outside on the patio. The oversized living room has a plush recliner and a sleeper sofa, a larger TV with both cable and streaming capabilities and a cozy fireplace. The high speed internet allows you to enjoy your favorite shows or movies without a hitch. The patio area is very private yet has direct views of the river activities below and looks towards the massive granite peaks in the distance.

The River Run community complex also provides access to a community year-round spa, seasonal pool, restroom, sauna and tennis court.
