Great location, amazing breakfast

This was a perfect stay for our family trip. It offered enough space and privacy from while traveling with teenagers. The location was great. Quick walk to Wall St, Battery Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge. It was close to dining and subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

This was my first time staying at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, and I came away genuinely impressed. I knew it had once been the Hard Rock Hotel, but I wasn't sure what to expect after the renovation. The property is absolutely beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The only minor challenge we had was finding the correct parking area for the Opal Tower. The valet attendant pointed us in the right direction, but it took us a couple of tries before we realized that parking at the Paradise Tower made accessing the Opal Tower much easier. Once we figured that out, everything else was smooth and convenient. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and full of thoughtful features. I loved the technology built into the room, especially the lighting controls in the headboard, the doorbell, and the separate door that closed off the bedroom from the entryway, which helps reduce hallway noise. There was also a beautiful vanity area, a minibar, and we were fortunate to have a wonderful view overlooking downtown Las Vegas. What impressed me the most, however, was the cleanliness of the hotel. I come from a family of housekeepers—my mom, aunts, cousins, and even I have worked in housekeeping—so I tend to notice the little details that many guests might overlook. I always check the bathroom and areas that aren't immediately visible, and I can honestly say this hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was immaculate.
