Two historic lofts across the hall from one another in the Old Market (4 bedrooms and 4 baths)
These two historic side by side lofts offer over a combined 2400 square feet located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. The spaces feature modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.
Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.
Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.
You'll have access to two lofts (401 and 402) across the hall from one another - each with their own private entrance. Each loft features 2 bedrooms (4 total) and 2 bathrooms (4 total). In each bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, queen bed. The master suite in each loft features an attached bathroom.
For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.
The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.
An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.
Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.
Each loft has as separate, private entrance off of the hallway across from one another. Loft 402 is an atrium loft meaning it's naturally lit by an atrium in the center of the building. Any pets brought during a stay will incur an additional $149 pet fee.

kitchen did was not properly stocked with utensils and items needed to cook food. Not everyone wants to east out three meals a day. No toaster. An entire outlet in the kitchen was not working. One of the couch legs had an issue. One of the pegs for towels in the master bathroom was falling out of the wall. The toilet seat in the other bathroom was getting loose. If normal cleaning supplies are not provided, at least provide some type of vending machine with good products to use for laundry and other items. It was too sparsely supplied to really function. Location was great. Parking should be free for people who pay to stay there. Please start providing parking vouchers. This trip was a lot of money for me. There were no clear instructions on cleaning and what to do with dirty bedding and linens.

Great loft, great location!
Everything at this location was ad advertised. The host explained everything ingreat detail, including parking options. It did take a while to get the water hot, wax worried we did not have any, but eventually it didget hot.

Great location for seeing Old Market and RiverFront area.
We chose the location so we could easily walk to the RiverFront and the Old Market area. Everything was easy to access and the property was as advertised. The exercise room on the 2nd floor was very nice. The only thing we missed was there was not a toaster. There is inexpensive parking at the 10th and Jackson Garage or on 10th St. south of Jackson. Meters are enforced 9am-9pm Mon-Sat and ParkMobile works well. The parkomaha.com website is good at explaining the Progressive Rate Zones.

Location and Quiet
The location of this place was perfect for our stay in Omaha. We walked everywhere! We were in town for a show at the CHI Arena and this was the perfect location for walking to and from. The loft was clean and quiet.Check in and check out was easy. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Adorable!!
This is an adorable getaway! I loved the location, it was only a 10 minute walk to the CHI Center. The only negative thing I would say is that the bedding and laundry smelled like it was bathed in buckets of fabric softener. It was very strong!! But! Still loved the place!

Quick weekend trip!
Great location, exceeded our expectations! I would definitely recommend and stay here again. We came in to visit our son, who is a student at Creighton, and catch a basketball game. Everything was within walking distance.

Everything was great. Parking was hectic due to the cold weather. Property manager was very helpful and easy to work with. I loved the safety measures in place. Will definitely come here again in warmer weather!!

Great getaway
We enjoyed the stay downtown with so much within walking distance. The parking, which we expected, was very limited so we found a ramp across the street which is $21/day. Billy Froggs is in the same building and we had a great time at the game room in the basement there. A good time was had by all and it will be on the repeat list.
