Other Things to Note: Lock Out Fee: (For Cathedral Apartments) Upon check in you will be given a code for a key lock box outside of the building for the Front Door Key. You will also be provided with a code for your unit’s door entry. Please keep the Front Door key with you for entry until check out day. If you find yourself locked out of the apartment there is a $15.00 Lock Out Fee for one of our manager's to let you into the building. There will be a $15.00 replacement fee for any lost or stolen Front Door Key.
