"Ian, the night desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. This morning Jeff and a young lady were both very friendly and helpful as well. They pointed out things of interest to me, I heard them doing the same to other travelers, and I heard Jeff asking other travelers what they thought of things they did the previous day. Room was clean, did not notice anything that needed attention. The only thing, it was nice having soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash accessible, the hand soap is kinda far when washing your hands. The hot tub was nice and warm, the timer stayed on so you did not have to get out and turn it back in. Pool was clean, just too chilly for me. Towel supply was fully stocked in pool area. Breakfast had choice of 2 different waffle batters, first time I had seen that as well as regular size waffle maker and 4 small waffles. The lady working the breakfast was very nice. Property was back off the beaten path but was quiet location. Definitely would stay there again if ever we are in Omaha again!"

"The property was clean. However, be aware that there is no elevator to 2nd floor and the first floor was not ground level. Had to use small set of stairs to get to first floor rooms. No coffee in the room, which is unusual these days. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental. It was okay. All in all it was an okay stay. Main thing is it was clean and convenient for a one night stay."
