Great house for a group

Our experience here was fantastic. We had a group of 11 girls from all over the country staying here for three nights. The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again in the future.

Great place for family

Our entire family stayed here for five days and had a great time. Plenty of room for all to have their own space and great space for being together. Lots of toys and things for the little ones to play with and close enough to places to visit. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Lisa was pleasant at check in and helped with what few things we needed! Would definitely return if ever come back to Omaha.

Wonderful House!

Great spacious house that is beautifully decorated. Large kitchen with modern appliances, large basement. Great location that is close to many attractions and shopping areas. The owner is very professional, quick communicator, and easy to work with. The five of us, my wife and I in addition to 3 kids had a wonderful time there. Highly recommended.

Amazing home & experience!

The home was very clean and Lisa was amazing to work with! I had a meeting and get together with a group of my managers and it was perfect. Relaxing atmosphere and perfect amount of room! Great location with anything you need close! I will definitely stay again either for work or personal events with family! Great home for family or professional purposes. Thank you Lisa! Terrific property for families and large groups

Our family stayed at this property for a wedding in the area and had a wonderful time. The home was very well appointed with all of the amenities we could ask for. Lisa was great to deal with and she met us at the house when we arrived. The home was very clean and comfortable. We loved the way the house was decorated and our granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed having a play area with toys. Thank you Lisa!!

Family Time

We rented both of the Cottages for some family fun time. The homes were beautiful and the play area provided much entertianment for the children. The listing and photos accurately reflect the homes and what they offer. The homes were very clean and well cared for. We visited the zoo, children's museum and used the pool passes Lisa provides. Perfect for a wedding party!

This property worked out great for us for a number of reasons: amazingly clean, beautifully decorated, lots of room for our big family, COMPLETELY furnished kitchen, tons of toys for young kids, wonderful back yard with outside toys for the kids, very quiet, location in very close proximity to a local YMCA (passes provided) which we took the kids to, wonderful lighting (sounds strange, but it is very good), and excellent sleeping accommodations. Our group ranged from 10 months to 83 years, and this place was excellent for all. Thanks Lisa for your hospitality and adapting to our needs!

Guys Golf Getaway

This is quite a bit late in coming but I cannot give a more positive review. The home is fantastic. The location is great. Lisa and her daughter were great to work with. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner but Lisa worked hard to get it fixed right away. She was attentive to our needs and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. If you are looking for a nice size home (we had 8 guys) in Omaha, this will certainly fit your needs. You are no more than 20 - 25 minutes from anywhere in the metro area.

Very Nice Property

Very lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. House is well furnished with plenty of room and comfortable furniture. Good supply of toys and games to keep the little ones entertained. Owner is very nervous so expect a visit or two during your stay. (She suggested we take pictures of the play areas to make sure we put the toys back in their place prior to leaving). Very wordy rental agreement required upon arrival and it felt like we were being spied on during our stay. Could not completely relax.

Family weekend

Our family met in Omaha for our annual family weekend and decided staying together in a house would be more fun and practical than everyone in separate hotel rooms. We feel so fortunate to have found Lisa and her listing on VRBO. Lisa was easy to work with and so kind and thoughtful. Cookies upon arrival!? What a fun, personal and welcoming touch! The home was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The photos don't do it justice. The kids loved the playroom in the basement and the outdoor toys in the fenced backyard. We had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had a comfortable bed. We highly recommend staying at this home and hope to be back in the future. Thanks for everything, Lisa!

Great big house!

We had a great experience during the 3 nights we stayed. The house is truly like the pictures. It is very kids friendly, with toys and outside little playground. The beds are comfortable and sheets/towels very clean. We asked for a second key because we had two cars and different schedule. Lisa the property manager went straight to Home Depot at 8pm to make one for us. That was very much appreciated. There was a keurig coffee machine and a few coffee cups. Soap and shampoo in the showers. We will come back if we travel back to omaha. Our group was made of 8 adults tennis players, no couples, and it worked for us, we each had our own bed and plenty of space.

Family of 10 Staying 5 days for Daughers Wedding

By far the nicest rental we have stayed in. Even though the pictures on the website were beautiful, they did not do justice to the house. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and spacious. My wife, 2 adult daughters and their husbands and 4 grand kids were able to have be a family and at the same time all have their own space. I wish I could tell stories of how Lisa responded to all our problems and took care of us during our stay, but there were no problems. Lisa checked us in and there were no problems and all we had to do was enjoy our stay. The 5 days went smoothly and allowed us to enjoy our youngest daughters wedding. My wife and I have rented houses in 6 states and 2 European countries with great success, but Lisa's house is the nicest and cleanest property we have stayed in. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Experience!

My wife, 2 year old and 4 month old had the pleasure of being acquainted with Lisa and staying at this great house. We stayed here for Thanksgiving to meet up with family in Omaha. We chose to rent a house so we could have lots of space with our children. Lisa was very helpful and absolutely easy to get a hold of. The house was described perfectly and was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was beautiful with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The back yard is huge and awesome for kids to run around. We had everything we could possibly need and more. When we arrived, we noticed that Lisa was kind enough to even leave a box of cookies for us, which we loved! Also, Lisa was nice enough to provide a Pack and Play, toddler bed and lots of toys for the kids too! The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Overall, we loved staying here but more importantly Lisa made our experience very delightful. If we ever come back to Omaha, I really hope Lisa is still renting this house because we would most certainly rent from her again.

Family Reunion

This house was amazing for a family reunion. The sizes of the two main living rooms (1 up and 1 down) made it easy to have great conversations upstairs while the kids could have a fooseball tournament downstairs. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us to have meals together. And the decoration of the house was truly wonderful.

Family reunion

All our needs were met! This was the perfect house for our family gathering. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and Lisa was a welcoming host. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again if we return to Omaha.

Beautiful Home and Location!

The home is beautiful and just as pictured! Lots of space for family to spread out. Large Master bedroom with adjoining huge Master bath on 1st floor with large corner soaking tub and large walk-in shower. Also 2 decent sized guest bedrooms on first floor that are next to a full bath. Basement has 2 smaller bedrooms and a full bath, with a large finished combo entertainment, toy-filled play area, and partial kitchen with fridge, sink, and large dining table. Upstairs off combined living/dining/kitchen area outside is a large patio with table and chairs, couch seating, fire table, gas grill, and children's play area along with a huge yard. Everything was very tastefully decorated and very homey and welcoming! There was only one drawback for us as we all like to sleep a bit late in the morning. The bedrooms all had beautiful large white shutters for the windows, but these let in a lot of light in the morning even though they were closed. Bedroom windows have large box valances over them so it would be easy and inexpensive to install simple pull down black out shades in bedrooms. Also needed shades on small window in basement bedroom and larger window in other basement bedroom, along with a shade on the large shuttered window in kitchen area of basement. Also something to darken the round window by the master bathroom in the master bedroom on the first floor. Other than that, we would highly recommend this rental property to others! Great for families as it has 5 bedrooms, and super for families with kids as basement bedrooms have 3 twin beds in one and a double bed with a twin bunk bed in the other, as well as a great toy filled play space for toddlers and a foosball table and large tv and couches for teens! There is also a small bonus child bunk bed/playroom just off the living room on the first floor. Our 2.5 year old grandson loved climbing into the elevated child size bunk bed to play with puzzles, and climbing under the bunk to hide in his "tent" as the bunk had a long dust ruffle that created a neat play tent area! Such fun!

Fun and relaxing!

Rented this property on very short notice for a long weekend visiting friends. Lisa worked to be sure everything was ready and perfect! The house is beautiful- the countertops and master bath are so elegant!- and there were plenty of beds/bedrooms to suit our needs. The teens had much fun in the basement with their own space and a foosball table! The patio furniture and lights were perfect for evenings outside. There was even a snack basket to welcome us! Highly recommend. Thanks again!
