“It's a cute little place and served our purpose of being near the Top of the Rock, Branson Belle, and Branson. We had plenty of linens and enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. It was quiet and peaceful.During our stay, the city put a water boil advisory into effect, so we weren't able to use the tap water for drinking, ice, brushing teeth, etc. We weren't expecting that, but no fault of anyone and Ryan text to make sure we were aware, which was extremely kind of him to do. I did give 4 stars……

“Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and fit just the two of us perfectly! “We had a lovely time. The place was wonderful and described perfectly. Perfect place for us and the pup for a home spot while exploring the area. The only disappointment, and it's sifting that the host had absolutely ZERO control over was the amount of rain so it turned the peaceful little creek into more of river but that didn't stoop us from enjoying everything it had to offer. The hot tub at night with the moonlight was amazing. ”

“Our family had a wonderful trip to Bull Shoals. We've been going to the lake for years but this was our first time staying near Theodosia and the first time staying at this house. The location was incredibly convenient. Aaron was prompt with all communication. The house was surprisingly well stocked and felt very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and would love to return! ”

“We stayed for 5 days, and everything was super comfortable. The bed is a very nice tempur-pedic, and was wonderful for my back. There was plenty of room for our 1 yr old to run around and play without getting underfoot, or without damaging anything. The only hiccup was a mold like substance that came out of the jetted tub when first turned on. We let the owner know, and then let warm soapy water run for about 10 minutes. That cleared it up entirely. Check out was super easy, and straightforward.……
