「Given its 5-star rating, the hotel feels more like a lower 3-star establishment, with inadequate facilities and subpar aesthetics. The overall impression is that it's quite cheap. Furthermore, the room smelled unpleasant.I even complained twice, but nothing changed.I'm forced to continue sleeping in this unbearable situation. The water for the shower is just lukewarm, not even standard warm, so I can't enjoy a hot shower.The Staff is very friendly and helpful.」
