Exclusive solar-powered "Villa Ella Estelle" (313m2) with a private heated pool, sauna, BBQ, hot tub and more in Medići, near Omiš (10 mins away). Beach is 130 meters away. Villa can accommodate up to 16 guests total. It's surrounded by plants and trees with a stunning sea view from all of the villa's three terraces. Next to the pool you have a BBQ area with a big table to eat and relax after a day at the beach. If you want a superb holiday, then this is the perfect choice for families,couples, etc.

One of the more compact villas you will be able to visit in Croatia, complemented with 3 large terraces with a stunning sea view where you can dine, drink and enjoy the sunsets.

There are 3 floors total and 2 separate private entrances, meaning parts of your group can have privacy, if needed. The top floor (penthouse) has its own entrance.

Pool for your pleasure with plenty of deckchairs and large table next to it, sauna, BBQ grill (fireplace) for cooking delicious meat or fish, table tennis and a running machine for your sport needs amongst other commodities. Villa can accommodate up to 16 guests total. Ground floor and first floor can accommodate 10 persons, while the second floor (penthouse) can accommodate 6 persons. Beds are situated in 7 sleeping rooms total. 1st floor has 5 bedrooms and 2nd floor (penthouse) has 2 bedrooms , sofa-bed in the living room and a hot tub on the balcony.

Each room has A/C and TV.

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, we give 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

There are 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. For full enjoyment and relaxation there is a barbecue. There are blinds on the windows which, when shut, eliminate any outside noise so you have silence. This property welcomes pets at no additional costs.

Due to bad past experience with young large groups of friends, such groups are not accepted if they are under 21 years old. This holiday home is more suited for families, couples, business trips.
