The following are available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit and courtyard.

Njivice, 20 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. 250 m from the centre of Njivice. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property.
