Wonderful Family Reunion Spot

Great place for a family reunion. The condo is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The resort offers a good variety of activities, but a favorite of ours is all the available green space right outside the condo for family gatherings, yard games, bonfires, watching the sun set over Mille Lacs, etc.

This villa is so cute inside. Recently updated with the perfect lake/ cabin feel. The sunsets are gorgeous. Linda was so kind to provide us with all the local information we needed.

Beautiful villa!

We had a great stay in this beautiful and functional villa at Izatys. The size of the villa was perfect for our group 6 friends. It's updated and decorated beautifully. The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay convenient. We would definitely go back!

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay as a family of four here. The place is as pictured. Great location on the water, near pool, marina and restaurant. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. It was great to have things in the house such as laundry detergent, dish washer pods, paper towels, etc. that a lot of times are not provided in VRBO stays. We would stay here again.

Third visit to the Villa

Another amazing stay at this villa. Slept all 7 of us comfortably. Loved eating around the large peninsula together as a family. The pool was a convenient short walk away. Had everything we needed for our long weekend at the lake!

Great weekend getaway

Beautiful, super clean villa along the shores of Mille Lacs. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The oversized island was great for mealtime, games, crafts and more. Easy parking, great snow removal on the grounds. Thanks much, we’ll be back!

Review of Modern, Immaculate and Chic Villa

Overall, we enjoyed our stay on Mille Lacs Lake. While there were zero concerns with the actual property, as a family, we felt disappointed in where the fire pits are located, as we felt like we were intruding on other families as each villa does not have their own. We also thought there was a dock much closer than there was, which would have been nicer. It was also a bummer as the Resort's Hot Tub, Outdoor, and Indoor Pool were shut down. The Indoor Pool does not look like it has been maintained or used in years. We were lucky we had nice weather as that is what we were relying on for poor weather. Overall, the stay was great; however, the amenities were a bit of a let down.

Nice Getaway

This property was very clean, modern, and provided the necessities for cooking/ grilling. However, being that this villa is right on the lake front we assumed swimming would be available right there close. That was not the case,there is no swimming in the lake for this resort stay. Near the marina is a very small driveway entry for swim, but there are still large slick rocks. Water shoes would be necessary. Then the marina also told us near the dock to the west of this villa is also swimming, however there are also rocks there as well and crawdads. Just was a little surprising this resort area did not have any sort of larger beach lake area available for swim. I think that should be outlined in details of the rental on VRBO listing. However, at the state park about 5 miles away there was a beach swimming area.

Super clean, lake front 2 story, 2 BR villa in a row house.

Nice location on the lake in Izatys resort on Mille Lacs Lake. The two bedroom, two story small villa is in a row house. It looks and feels recently updated, and is brighter than some other units. Easy logistics and no surprises. We would go again, and likely will next summer.

Another great stay!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property and loved our stay again. It is a great setup for a family to eat & play together. Close to the pool and bonfire pit.

Very cute!

This place is really cute! The renovation compared to other units is really great until you see the bathroom showers. 😂. A bit of a take back. But everything was really clean and worked well. The back porch was a favorite spot! I would definatly stay here again.

Better than expected

Terrific location. Very quiet inside with doors closed. With doors open, could hear light waves on the lake, just a few steps out the door. Nice glassed in patio overlooking the lake. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable seating in the living room. Super comfortable mattress in main bedroom. Impeccably clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Blend of R&R, Fun and Zen

Immaculate property that is welcoming and comfortable with incredible lake view from the entry door. Comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. Golf-course was terrific and pool was refreshing. Location of villa to Pro Shop, restaurant, and pool was ideal with a 5-minute walk. Main grocery store (Teal’s) within 10 minutes. Super-Walmart in 45 minutes. We rented a pontoon for the day from the resort and it was wonderful. Lake is super shallow and many areas of rocks, so be careful. We dinged the propellers a few times. The water was 76 degrees and delightful, especially in August! We rented ATV’s at McCoids which was a blast. We had wonderful family talks lakeside every night. We relaxed so much. This home and vacation is the perfect blend of R&R and fun and zen. It’s even approved by 3 college and high school teens. If that is what you are needing, this is the perfect place.
