This is the perfect property to stay at if your child is playing at All Star Village. It is close and a quiet place to relax.

Family Weekend Get Away

We truly enjoyed our quick trip to Laurens and a peaceful stay at this home. A great get away with our own space but close enough to all locations. Very clean and accommodating home. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect!

Beautiful property! Super clean with every amenity needed for a fun family weekend. The weather did not cooperate but we still had great time since there's so much room inside! Would absolutely stay again.

Was perfect for the whole family to stay and relax during a baseball tournament. Plenty of space inside and out. Home was very clean and owner was very responsive to any questions! Would definitely stay there again!

We needed a place near Oneonta and Cooperstown to visit friends. Great location and access to nearby towns via backroads. Beautiful natural setting! Owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Would totally stay again when we come up to see family.

Nice house and location

Very close to Cooperstown All Star Village. The property was nice, well maintained and lot of room for a couple families to stay! The property manager was quick to respond and helpful whenever we needed.

Perfect

House was perfect for two families to share who both have players at all star village. Each was able to have their own bathroom and private sleeping floor and then share the living spaces. It was clean and decorated lovely.

Great place!

Beautiful house and property. Immense backyard, our dog loved it. Very nice interior of the home, excellent TVs, well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with owner. I would highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay

The property was the best place to have a small family reunion. Everything in the house was labeled and east to find with PLENTY of activities to keep the kids busy. The location was a short drive to our local family members home and made it easy to travel back and forth. Melissa wa more than helpful our whole stay and I'd lo love to make a trip there again!

The home is nice and clean. We especially loved the living room. The huge windows gave us a great view of the mountains. Eric is very accommodating and responds immediately.

Family weekend

We stayed at this property for Oneonta family weekend. It was close to campus (needed to drive) and very spacious. Six of us plus two dogs had plenty of room. Communication with property manager was great!!!!

Great home

We stayed at this home when our son was participating in the Cooperstown dreams Park experience. The home was spacious and clean, dog friendly. About 20 minutes from CDP. Would definitely recommend for a family.

We enjoyed the property so much. It was a wonderful spot to bring our dog. They have everything you need there! It was so close to the college track with everything so handy. The large jet tub was a perfect ending to a chilly day at the track. Hostess was so kind and communicative. Very pleased! If you’re considering this property - do it!

Anniversary/family time

The house and property were beautiful. Very clean, everything marked, which was a great help. It wasn't dog friendly for our dogs. The hardwood floors were to slippery. They kept falling. The steps into the house were steep for our dogs. It was convenient to everything including family. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful.

Baseball Family Trip

We had a fantastic stay during our AllStar Village trip. The property is huge and the sunsets at the top of the hill were amazing. The house was tidy and well kept. Kitchen was well equipped as we made meals daily. The whirlpool tub was a favorite especially after climbing all those hills (IYKYK). Kids enjoyed the space in the basement as well as the outdoors, exploring the yard and making s’mores by the fire! We were less than 10 min away from ASV, a short drive to town, Cooperstown and local breweries. If you’re not doing the baseball thing, it’s a quiet property to just relax and enjoy! Highly recommend.

Clean, private, and spacious plus huge backyard

This house was perfect for our stay. It was close to Oneonta (5 miles), out in the country in the mountains with a fabulous view, had a huge secluded backyard which was perfect for kids and dogs, lots of room inside the house…loved the big dining room table and full basement, lots of amenities, would stay again. Highly recommmend.
