“My family and I felt as if the property was in great condition for an older home. When we first arrived we couldn't get in through the front door was able to get in through the back. When I called Mr. Edgar he responded very quickly. We would stay again and we recommend staying at this property. Mr. Edgar and Mr. Hayden are great hosts and attentive.”

“We had a lovely stay at Brad and Imogen’s place in Swansboro! The AC kept the house comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch and spending time in both beautifully arranged living rooms. The space is stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed—clearly created with care and attention to detail. This was our second time staying at one of their properties, and once again, we were so impressed. Highly recommend!”

“This was a lovely, quiet spot for a fall family vacation. Being right on the sound is actually quite nice. It’s great to sit on the deck and watch the birds in the marsh and see fish and shrimp jumping in the water. The provided kayaks, paddleboard, and life jackets enabled our whole family to go out and explore the sound together. It’s a very safe, low traffic, protected area of the sound. The ocean is close enough that we could easily walk down and back multiple times per day, going back……
