The hotel was loud, overcrowded and understaffed. Only one elevator was working when we were there, leaving people stranded with big bags on every floors. People were complaining about missing flights and cruise connections, and the hotel was not doing anything to help the situation or apologize.
The room was quiet and comfortable, but this didn’t make up for the lack of services and support from staff. Definitely not worth the expense and hassle!
