“The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. The unit we stayed in had been recently renovated, which is nice. The ongoing renovations at the hotel didn't create any problems for us.”

“PROS: Furniture was very comfortable. Check-in was super easy - just open door with pin pad. Unit was clean and up-to-date. Decor was tasteful.. Host provided large t.v. with many viewing platform options. Thank you! :) Gas fireplace provided lovely ambience. We felt welcome and respected. We would highly recommend this space to anyone, and we would absolutely stay again. CONS: We were momentarily confused about where to park and which door to use, as there was a car parked in front of "our"……

“It’s great place to stay”

“Comfortable and homey. Listing included a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The walk on the property was about 6 feet into a thick mass of trees. However, there was an inviting firepit available. Everything was very clean except for a few cobwebs above one bed. The host was wonderful! He was readily available for every question. It was a comfortable stay and we would love to revisit.”

“Just one thing for us elders, I would like a small night light in case we need to get up at night without turning a light on and waking someone up. I thought the breakfasts were good and I liked that there was a variety of fresh fruits. My husband enjoyed using the latte machine.”

“Reserved a Standard Room, 1 Queen bed w/ kitchenette. Was given a room with a Murphy bed instead. Verify your room choice when you check in.”

“This was the perfect location to meet up with a friend that had a pet. The property is in walking distance to good restaurants, gas and highway entrances. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the free morning breakfasts and friendly staff. It was close to hiking trials near beautiful Lake Sylvia. I would definitely stay here again, especially with the convenient access to go on day trips to Aberdeen or Ocean Shores.”

“Reasonable value but room is basic, dated old furniture, smells like smoke, carpet dirty, breakfast good, train runs right next door, lighting bad, bedding and bed clean, gas station lights annoying, good fridge and microwave.”
