"Everything was nice and clean ,beds were comfortable. Very nice view of the lake. Kitchen well stocked. We were surprised by the amount of stairs. None of the pictures show stairs . I don’t believe it’s mentioned in the description. Youngest of our group was 71. The 78 and 81 year old have both experienced falls. Should make that more apparent in the description and pictures."

"We were in town for the Auburn graduation. The house was clean, with plenty of room, especially on the decks and the dock. Check in/check out instructions were very simple, and the info binder had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Great value compared to hotels in Auburn, especially at graduation time."

"Great, great location. Close to unique shops, restaurants and bars. Everything within walking distance. Close to campus. Clean and had everything we needed. Better directions on how to enter the place (backside) would have been helpful especially when you arrive late at night and the GPS takes you to the front of the building and outside numbers were not very visible. Double bed could use a new mattress. And the shower is VERY small and ceiling in shower was not very clean. Quite a few stairs...

"Outstanding property. Like New! Felt like I was in an episode of HGTV. The Host took great care in ensuring you had everything needed. Perfect house for my family to spend time together for a long weekend. 10mins away from any type of food imaginable. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. Would stay there again. The only negative is the furniture in the main room is not enough for an a family of 6 to watch movies together. Would prefer larger more comfortable furniture....

"This house was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extra toiletries that were left for our use if needed. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but seems fairly standard for the surrounding area. This area is red on the crime map which I discovered after booking it and after my cancelation window was closed. Dewayne tried to charge me more for extra guests when I asked if I would have enough towels and washcloths for 5 people even though the house is advertised...
