“Booked 2 rooms, one room the shower is not draining properly. Breakfast is very basic. Second room no curtains, my sister requested to put one but they said they don’t have it.. our last day we requested to have 7:30 breakfast as we have to travel and the lady said no. So we ended up no breakfast and left the hotel. Mind you the breakfast starts from 7-9 but we couldn’t have it 7:30 so doesn’t make sense.. ”

“Isabelle est d'une gentillesse incroyable, nous sommes arrivés tard sans problème, la communication a toujours été rapide et fluide. La chambre est parfaite, chaleureuse et très bien équipée. Très beau décor pour commencer la visite des marchés de Noël alsaciens et le panier du petit déjeuner est un réel plus qui montre la générosité et l'hospitalité des hôtes. Mille mercis !”

Bspw. fehlen Teelöffel. Es ist nur ein Topf vorhanden. Pfanne ist total verbeult und die Beschichtung löst sich. Abgelaufene Ware im Schrank. Keine Eierbecher.

“房間寬敞早餐好吃, 離柯爾瑪主要景點也都是步行可達!
最大缺點就是服務和溝通, 明明是訂兩張床但進房後卻是一張大床, 還得再跟櫃台反應... 飯店停車位也有限, 訂房時有註明需要停車位, 但入住時卻說停車位都預約滿了, 因為沒收到他們確認回覆所以就不算預約成功, 令人傻眼...”

“Room was clean and in order. Location is accesible to public transpiration . Kitchen was ok but there’s a pungent smell when I opened the dishwasher . There’s only 1 small garbage can in the toilet, I wish there was another in main room . The main door can be opened even without entering a code to open, I found this unsafe because anyone can gain access inside the property. ”
