Wedding weekend stay

Stayed here with some other guest for a weekend for a wedding. Everything was clean and comfortable, including rocking chairs and niceloveseat in the living room.Also a grill on the side porch but we didn't use it. There were fans and an AC unit which makes the room very comfortable in the summer downstairs is also nice and cool. I was upstairs in the loft and slept very well although if people go into the kitchen you can definitely hear everything going on in the kitchen/living area. The showers and bathroom were nice and spacious. There was a lot of condensation on the floor in the bathroom in the basement which is a minor slip hazard but not too big of a deal. There is a TV with some DVD's and books for entertainment. Checkin and checkout instructions were very easy. There is sugar/spices/tea in the cabinets and lots of mugs and plates and bowls! We forgot shampoo and coffee creamer and the nearest grocery is a little drive but not too bad! Loved it and want to come back for real vacation! Also the M&F people on the phone were very nice :)

The house has a nice layout for a family, the kitchen is well appointed and worked for food prep for the wedding. The lower floor is a bit damp and musty and will trigger those with mold sensitivities. All that being said we were very happy

Nice rental house with a few issues: Stove was only partially working Mouse droppings in bureaus Earwig infestation on lower level 0.5 mile walk to water
