“Clean and comfortable bed but they didn’t clean the room on the 2nd day and staff member was a little rude when we had to request additional towels.”

“Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again.”

“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?……

“Breakfast could have more options. But overall was good. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Since we had a trailer, we were worried about space and safety, but their parking area was fully lighted and checked on regular basis. ”

“Lobby was nice, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. When I got to my room the toilet would not flush and 2 lights would not work. Had to go through the AI to get to a real person... not personally a fan of this but the repairs were made the next day. When you turned on the water in the shower you would get blasted if you were not careful and quick and it was not the easiest thing to access the soap and shampoo.The furniture in the room was quite worn out with holes on the ottoman in 4……

“The noise from the hall is very loud at night but overall the hotel is very nice.”

“We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here……
