Keep in mind that this retreat features a shared outdoor shower near the pool in case you need to rinse off the sand or pool water. Come back home and throw your swimming suit and beach towel into the washer/dryer combo and don't worry about them anymore. After spending a day at the beach, nothing sounds better than a refreshing beverage and the wet bar has your back. Grab your glass and head to the living area for a relaxing afternoon at home while one of your friends prepare mouth-watering meals or snacks in the fully-equipped kitchen. This location is simply superb. You'll be just a few steps from the sugar-white sands and gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Anglers better pick your best fishing rods and bait–Gulf State Park is less than two miles away for some great fishing. The lazy river, pool, and grill areas will be closed at various times. Any required amenity closure dates will be shared and posted when confirmed. Temporary beach access will be constructed during pool closure dates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
