  • Nestled between the bay and gulf beaches, Casa del Marina is a wonderful complex for any group. It offers on-site boat launch, 21 boat slips available on a first come first served basis, a centrally located pool, pavilion, and grill, and local eateries and restaurants (i.e., Tacky Jack's, Happy Harbor, and Fisher's) within walking distance. It's also directly next to the Mobile Big Game Fishing Club and the Orange Beach Marina. Featuring brand new mattresses and smart TVs.

    The condo offers easy boat access to the Perdido Pass, Robinson Island, and the Gulf of Mexico.


    Please note: renters cannot bring boats on the following dates due to HOA rules:

    Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, July 4th holiday

Exactly what we were looking for in a small condo. Waterfront, pool, covered parking and close to food. We usually stay at the Phoenix on the bay, this was so much easier though.

Blue Angels

We stayed for the Blue Angels weekend. Location was great. Second bedroom was a little small, but we didn’t stay in the condo much. Overall we had a wonderful stay here.

Great little condo!

This was a great condo for us- 2 adults, 1 teen. We loved the area and visiting in October, although chilly, is more relaxed.

Clean, well-equipped room in quiet neighborhood setting. Nice pool and complex. Nice boat dock available. The rooms are not huge but clean and space enough for our needs. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The property is really old and dated; however, it is in a great location if you are a boater and fishermen such as us. Very convenient to access Orange Beach Marina and the boat ramps is just down the road. Here are some deficiencies that we found in the property: Refrigerator and stove are real old, the light does not work in the refrigerator. Outdoor patio fan is shot, can not control it what so ever. Closet space is small and there were no cloths hangers in either closet, we had to go buy hangers. Dryer vent filter was full of lint, we had to clean it in order to use it. Could be a potential fire hazard. Overall we enjoyed it since we really did not spend much time at the condo, boating fishing, etc.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to launch our boat and keep it docked at the condo. Everything was really nice and easy access to trailer storage, resturants and grocery store. All residents we met were very friendly and helpful. Will book again soon!

Overall great place to stay. Unit needs to be updated. If you have a boat this is a great place. It has its own boat ramp and boat slips.
