Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious. It was more room than we needed, but we wanted to be able to move around freely and not feel cramped. Beautifully decorated with up to date furnishings. Over all appearance was clean, but there were Fruit Loops underneath one of the couches and the top insert covering to a deodorant container lying behind the master bathroom door.

There was NO sleeper sofa. Balcony door VERY difficult and screen off. Kitchen stocked very nicely and view good. Elevators are a disaster! Six elevators for 32 floors… good luck! Being on fourth helps but still horrific getting to first floor. Very crowded area.

Parking Situation is a Huge Ripoff

My family has stayed at this complex for years. We love the amenities and the location. Our unit was very nice. It was clean and well appointed. My only complaint about the unit is its proximity to the pool, it tends to be a bit noisy. My major complaint is the parking situation. The cost has rapidly climbed to 60 per vehicle. I always try to rent on a floor where our unit is easily accessed from the parking garage. This year, floors 2-4 were cordoned off and we were required to park on other floors even though the complex wasn’t close to full occupancy. That was the first two days. After that, floors 2-6 were cordoned off, requiring us to park on higher floors. We never could detect a reason for this as there was no construction taking place. This situation wasn’t listed in the posting either. I realize this is a first world problem, but I like to get what I pay for and in this case, I did not.
