Great location and comfy beds!!

We so enjoyed our stay, the condo was very well decorated and furnished with everything we could’ve possibly needed! A comfortable bed is very important to me when vacationing and the king in the master suite did not disappoint which was a major plus. Views were incredible, location was great, look forward to visiting again soon!

14th Floor Sweet Spot

We had a terrific Spring Break at Admirals Quarters 1403. The view is terrific. We spent lots of time out on the deck taking it all in. The furniture is comfy and the condo has ample space for a family. It may sound crazy but I loved that the condo had a pantry so food is not sitting out all over the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. The half bath came in handy when others were sleeping/napping in the bedrooms. Beach Life was a joy to work with - personable and quick to respond when we had a question. We will be back!

Beach Condo

We booked a relaxing 2 week vacation. Upon arrival - we had no worries. When we opened the door we were quite pleased. The condo was comfortable and was much nicer than the pictures. The balcony was massive and comfortable as well. The view was so relaxing. We did not even mind the construction that was going on. The workers were very polite, you did not know at times they were even there. We will definitely be coming back. When we had a question - we got a response immediately. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. So many nice restaurants nearby as well as shopping.

Our third stay at this property, and we will be back.

Property is conveniently located to several good restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property itself is quite spacious, with a deep balcony, roomy kitchen, double sinks in the master, large TV's in both the living room and bedroom. The balcony has cushioned chairs and couch which is very appealing to us. Not the hard fake wood furniture so many condos have now. There's a nice pool area, and a relatively short walk to the beach. The management company, Beach Life Vacation Rentals is one of the best we've experienced in many years of beach stays. Very communicative, before and during the stay. We discovered a couple of restaurants we hadn't tried before due to the info the company had shared. And they responded promptly to our one request while we were there.
