Perfect family vacation!

We took our family for a 6 day stay and would come back next week if we could! A great stay and perfect amenities for families with kids and adults alike!

Great Place!!

First time going to Orange Beach and our condo made it 100x better. Simply beautiful and has everything provided for you already, you never run out of things to do. Clean and organized, everything was amazing and I would stay again and recommend it to friends.

Great Condo

This condo was a great place to stay for my family. The beds, kitchen, bath, and living areas were top notch and was very clean. Especially nice were the sliding track blinds in the living room and the black out blinds in the master bedroom. It stays nice and dark for a good nights sleep and this was made for very restful sleep for my wife and I. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Our grandkids were able to visit and really love the large swimming pool. Plus, the fantastic beach! The parking garage always seems to be having maintenance so that is a little inconvenient. Parking passes are $45 per month, which seem high, but that is the Phoenix fee, not from Simpson.

What's Missing

The condo is lovely. The complex is nice and we had a really great visit. However, we as a Group, felt this condo was poorly stocked. The Listing says there is an iron and board which we never found. The Kitchen is extremely basic. We had one sharp knife to cut with and one pan to cook eggs and things such as that in. We would have appreciated a Blender and a few other Kitchen essentials. There were no extra blankets to be found which would have been nice for cold natured people or to wrap up while watching TV. Obviously, these are not deal breakers but they would have made our stay more comfortable and convenient.

Let down.

The property was very nice. Great amentities. However, the parking is very tight. They only have 6 elevators and the wait can be very long, sometimes 30 minutes. The biggest problem is the cell phone service was virtually non-existent inside but even by the pool it was still poor. As far as the unit itself. Overall it was nice. However, the WiFi was not reliable. There were no extra blankets. And the kitchen was poorly stocked. There were literally seven forks in the drawer! This isn't an isolated event. We had an additional 3 bedroom in the 21st floor and their experience was similar. For the money the Oasis charges it is Not worth it.

property was very nice - kitchen a little small - but make sure you bring everything - there was no small bath soaps and only one roll toilet paper in each bath - tv remote didn't work in master ( no not batteries - we tried) but would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful condo. We had a wonderful stay. The four stars reviews are based on a lack of toiletries provided in the bathrooms. I expected what I would find in any Hampton Inn. The refrigerator temperature control knob was missing and setting was set on 2 out of 5 so it was difficult for the unit to keep up. I would recommend this property to my friends.

Spacious and Beautiful

We visited with 8 guests and this place definitely had the space to accommodate, the beds were comfortable and the set up to blackout the bedrooms for a good nights rest were awesome! Also the living room/dining is beautiful and that sectional is like a soft cloud! There were two things that bugged me that other guests should know ahead but overall didn’t keep us from having an enjoyable experience. The refrigerator needs to be fixed or replaced. Guests should be able to utilize it for its primary purpose to store food and drinks without the recommended limitations. The other thing, the description says this place is equipped and tells guests the only thing they need to bring are beach towels and what you plan to wear. However, there was no complimentary starters for coffee or even something as simple as salt/pepper shakers. We were also disappointed to find with a bunch of wet heads from the pool/shower that there wasn’t a hair dryer. Overall, a really good stay and I would absolutely return but just come a little more prepared.

Great Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Orange Beach. The property location was perfect. Loved the easy access to the beach! The view from our balcony was amazing. The elevator situation takes some patience, but we made friends while we waited Tried to stay an extra night but our unlit was booked…. We would stay here again, because we all had our own room and bathroom, priceless.

Top Shelf Condo

This condo was fantastic overall! The view, the view, the view was just gorgeous. Very clean and accommodated our group of 6 adults/young adults very well. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms worked very well for us. There was plenty of space and everyone enjoyed the big, soft couch and large television. A couple items to be aware of include the parking garage and the elevators. We visited in July, so it was really busy which impacted how full the garage was and how busy the elevators were. These items require some patience, so it's good to be aware of them to set expectations. A couple tips to pass along we found helpful were to try and park on the lower level floors. We had good luck using the elevators on the lower levels to go up to the 18th floor. We also found the grocery carts provided in the building to be very helpful to haul up groceries and luggage (we usually were able to find them on level 2 along with luggage racks). Also, if you're interested in renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach, we were able to rent the red ones down to the left of the blue ones each day and be in the front row by the water instead of several rows back with the blue ones and the cost was the same! Overall, this is a beautiful condo, building and beach. Enjoy the view!
