Great Get Away

We had the best time spending some quiet family time together. The convenience of the pool & quick drives to restaurants/stores was wonderful! Would definitely return in the future for another quiet get away

Perfect Family Spot

Our family of 5 had the best stay in this house. It was stocked with everything we could want. The beds were comfortable, the AC was cold, the kitchen was fully stocked. We were so comfortable there. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the activities they had everyday. The beach is just a short 5 min walk across the street but the resort also has people that will pick you up at your house and drive you. If you're coming to Orange Beach, you have to stay here.

More than enough room for a large family

With our 5 children, the house had more than enough space to accommodate our family comfortably. The house was clean and cozy upon arrival, which confirmed the reviews that we read. We were a bit disappointed at the pool shut down situation,which occurred 2 days in a row. My husband and I strategically picked this resort for the pool access for our children who love to swim. I do believe that management should restrict pool access or have a separate pool for little children to eliminate such issues that were had. The staff was beyond amazing!

Fall Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother, his wife and my girlfriend spent a Friday through Monday in Beach Village Resort 26. This is absolutely my most favorite location in OBA. The units are immaculately clean, well-managed and well-priced. The pool is fantastic and the location to the State Park makes it easy to rent E-Bikes and ride for the day, while zipping right up to the foot-bridge and walking over for lunch or a rest. This is the best kept secret on the Gulf Coast. Ramona, the manager, is absolutely fantastic and sees to every detail.

Summer Vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we knew this place was going to be awesome. The property was well-maintained and looked just like it was presented online. Our property was sparking clean and the kitchen and amenities were very nice. We did not have to reach out for customer service, but the communication leading up to our tip was extremely helpful. I, unfortunately, was just discharged from the hospital before we left for our trip and could not use the pool or go to the beach, but when Mr. Simpson found out, he was more than generous, and he allowed us to use a cabana for the day so I wasn't stuck in our condo. We will be back soon.
