The condo was very nice and just as described. The only issue I had was with check-in. I did receive an email a few days prior as promised in the listing, but the door code to access the condo was never included. While we were driving there, I kept checking my email and text messages, but the code was never recieved. Once I arrived, I called the number provided, and the lady who answered was wonderful—she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got in.I also reported two small areas that needed attention because I didn’t want to be charged for damages that weren’t mine. One cabinet was coming off the hinges, and there was a small spot of minor wall damage near the indoor balcony door. I sent pictures and video as proof. She immediately offered to send maintenance, but I told her it could wait. I really appreciated her responsiveness and kindness.Overall, the condo was great, the area was nice and I would definitely book it again. We left it just like we found it… spotless and immaculate. I highly recommend.
