Family Vacay 2025

OBA gem

Great unit at Bluewater. Updated & well maintained. When had a super minor issue with a toaster, the management company brought a new one the same day. Very responsive & helpful. We often stay in this building & would choose this unit again in a heartbeat.

Beach vacation

Our stay at Bluewater in Orange Beach was excellent! The condo was perfect; right on the beach, beautiful view and perfect size for our family. The microwave didn't work, but we really didn't need it. 3 grocery stores nearby and other shops within walking distance or a short drive. We loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Christmas without cold and snow!

We had a great time here. We had fun at the sandy beach, the close proximity to shopping, and fun places to go. The condo was big enough for the 4 of us to spread out and have our own space. Much need after the ride from Wisconsin.

GREAT LOCATION AND CLEAN CONDO

We enjoyed our stay at The Bluewater 1102. There are a couple of things to be mindful of when renting. you are only allowed two parking passes and cannot purchase more. This is not good when you are renting a condo that sleeps more than 6 adults at a time. You are also not allowed to have a trailer, large truck, or small boats in the parking area or you will be towed. Other than that everything was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, quiet, and enjoyable!

Peaceful Oasis

Awesome Trip

We had a great time and this is one of the best condo’s we have rented. Plenty of room for our family of 9. The extra ice maker in the condo is great! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was perfect. Our only complaint was the TV cable system. I know this is not the fault of the owner, but I could not watch any program that I usually watch because it was not a TV you could tune in on the regular channels at the regular times that they run. Obviously, the TV system was tailored for sports lovers.

Great vacation

I wish there had been a very good choice! Overall the condo was very nice. When we arrived it was very clean. But we had no internet or tv on arrival. After many calls with the interned company on Sunday I finally texted the itrip # & they arrangements for the internet company to come out on Monday. We finally got internet but no tv. On Tues they installed a new tv! We absolutely loved the built in ice maker. Also loved the deck furniture, spent a lot of time out there.The toaster didn’t work but we did fine without it. Finally we had absolutely fantastic weather!!!! Thank you so much!

Perfect

My family loved the layout of this condo. My husband, son and I were staying with my parents and brother on a family trip. Check in was easy, parking lot was safe and attendant helpful, and we even got a customer service call to ensure we were taken take of. The bedroom layout was perfect so each had their privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with tools for whatever we needed. The biggest breath taker for all of us was the patio. My mom enjoyed this more than the beach itself. You get the view and the relaxing sounds while having comfort and privacy of elevation. Most of us enjoyed eating and having coffee out here. All while walking distance from the beach. Would love to stay here again.

Spa and pool closed

We booked this condo over a different one that was less expensive specifically because of the indoor pool and spa. The spa had construction tape all around it and the indoor pool was literally ice cold. Even with it being March the outdoor pool was warmer. Extremely disappointing considering that it was rainy and very foggy during our entire stay. Five teenage boys were extremely disappointed to not be able to get in the pools/ spa so they swam in the freezing cold ocean in the rain.

Bluewater

Excellent location, loved the balcony and the condo's furnishings were very good. Had an issue with linens, notified them and they were very responsive. Kitchen pans were 'okay' and food frequently stuck. Ice maker was a definate plus, one that I have never seen when renting condo's. Only negative would be the moldy smell of the condo, which hit you as soon as you walked through the front door and was extremely predominant in the spare bedroom that has the king-sized bed. We went an purchased airfresheners and placed them throughout the condo to try to mask the smell. We wanted to open the doors but could not because it would freeze up the air conditioning. I would suggest scrubbing the entire place with bleach/water to try to remove the smell. Thank goodness we stayed in the masterbedroom, otherwise I could not have been able to sleep in the other areas due to my sensativities. I also have to say I contacted the company about the linens and the smell, letting them know I purchased the airfresheners. They sent the linens and unfortunately I did not see an email until after I got home that asked if I wanted to them to do anything else about the smell, which shows the company is responsive. I would rent from them again.
