This luxurious Penthouse condo in the C building, has a remarkable Gulf, back bay island, mini golf and a lazy river, pool deck view. The wrap around balcony has plenty of seating to take in the cool breeze, smell the salt air, and work on your tan. Designer furniture throughout to showcase this perfectly designed property. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with upgraded Quartz countertops, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including an electric wall oven with built-in microwave, warming drawer, and subzero refrigerator with a half bath located right off the hallway. Enjoy the separate bar area with Keurig coffee maker, stand-alone ice maker, and blender to make drinks.
The spacious master bedroom features a King-sized bed, mounted HDTV, private master bathroom with standalone shower & jacuzzi tub, a beautiful custom walk-in closet, floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a wrap-around scenic balcony. The second bedroom, adjacent to the master, also has a King-sized bed and shares the Gulf side, bay balcony access and magnificent views, mounted HDTV and private bath. There is one assigned parking space, both covered and conveniently located directly next to the elevators. With access to additional guest parking spaces for additional vehicles (fees apply).

Guests can relax in the rented cabanas located on upper deck lazy river near tiki bar area. Cabanas can be rented from front desk in B tower.

Cobalt Restaurant is located on-site for a breathtaking waterfront dining experience. Along with Cobalt Tiki Bar upper deck level, open seasonal, and Cobalt Coffee Bar/Deli located on-site in D tower to grab a quick latte or a bite for lunch.
