Great location!

This condo is very convenient to shopping and dining. Very easy access to the beach! I did have issues with obtaining my parking pass, which you need prior to arrival to get in the gate, that took 45 minutes to figure out, so I definitely feel that process should be less complicated .Also our bed linens did not look clean at all upon arrival. But overall was a great stay!

Great trip!

We had a great time. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The only issue with the property is that it's hard for large vehicles to park in the parking lot. There's parking across the road though if needed. Any questions I had before the stay were answered quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them again.

The condo was exactly as described. Check in was easy and efficient. This property isn’t loaded with high end finishes, furnishings, or appliances but everything was clean, comfortable and inviting. Would stay again! Thanks for a great beach week!

Property was quiet, and so close to the water, we could hear the waves at night. Beach was clean, and had beach umbrella service. Condo was clean, bathrooms were a little small, overall everything was sufficient for our stay.

Extremely pleased

We had a fabulous time and was extremely happy with the property. The only negative was that the condo above us on the 7th floor were doing some kind of renovation and started hammering and running saws at 7:15 a.m. I would have been ok with 8:00 a.m. but 7:15 was a little much. With this being said, we will definitely book #610 again.

Property and beach clean and not crowded but pricey…

The property was nice and clean. The pool was clean and pictures were as advertised. The beach was clean and not crowded like the others. The only thing is that after I paid for the room, all the fees and a parking permit, it totaled over $500.00 a night. I felt it was a little steep, and I had to park across a 4 lane hwy, because there wasn’t enough parking…

Great beach stay

Right on the beach as advertised, and the first condo complex after the Perdido bridge (a long empty expanse on the right) making for fewer people on the beach with us, which we liked. Condo was good (great master bed mattress). There was some noisy traffic in the morning, and renovation construction going on.
