  • "Prepare for the vacation of a lifetime in beautiful Orange Beach, offering a delightful family-friendly condo with numerous amenities. This property boasts fantastic pools, a new splash park, a fitness facility, and more, ensuring an incredible experience. The prime location situates you near various attractions, including restaurants, shops, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville, and top-notch golf courses. But the true star of your getaway is the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico, observable from the balcony!

    Indoors, this high-end property offers all the modern comforts, featuring flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing the day's fresh catch. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the guest rooms accommodate with a queen bed and two full beds. Additionally, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Dining space caters to six individuals, with room for four more guests at the bar. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer within the unit. Also, note the newly replaced flooring throughout the unit from Fall 2023.

    For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, based on unit specifications.

    Professionally managed by Poole and Associates,
    Parking passes are managed on-site by the association, with associated charges. You will need to purchase each of your parking passes for this location. There is a MAX of two parking passes allowed.

    The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items, which includes 1 roll of tissue per bathroom, excluding beach towels.

    The property upholds policies requiring renters to be at least 25 years old, a mandatory photo ID at check-in, and strictly prohibits smoking and pets. For those seeking extended stays, inquire about monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February."

This condo was just right for our group. Casual and comfortable. It has a great view of the Gulf! There is a deck off the room with the king bed and a deck and view of the water from the living room/dining area.

Last year we decided to get away for this year's Thanksgiving since it is such a hectic time of the year we needed a break. This is exactly what we needed family time and we were so thankful for it! We had so much fun even though it was cold!

Great condo

We are a group of 4 ladies that take a yearly beach trip. This condo is one of the best ones yet. Everything about the condo is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

The condo needed a little more attention in cleanliness. The couch is a bit uncomfortable! However, the overall stay and condo was nice. Could use a crock pot, some scissors, a new coffee pot for sure and some plastic containers to store cooked leftovers

Nice place but elevators need some work!

Everything was great but the elevator situation was not good we had to wait for 15-20 minutes every time. We even walked down and up the stairs from the ninth floor just so we wouldn’t have to wait! Other than that we had a fantastic time!

Decent stay

Enjoyed the location. Did not enjoy the third party management process. Seemed a little excessive to rent. The 1000 checkout was also something that wasn’t enjoyable. Would like to have a noon checkout.

Great place!

Great place! Absolutely stunning views! Our only problem was check-in. After driving 8 hours to the property, i was told we were not allowed to check in there. I had to drive almost 30 mins to the realtor’s office to get the code/ room number. Putting our vaction on hold and leaving us in the car with our 15mo old an extra hour!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, loved the balcony and the rooms were big and spacious. The sofa bed is broken but it was nice to have a blow up mattress. However I didn’t find extra sheets for it. Thankfully I brought my own. Be aware of parking! I don’t think it’s listed on the listing but you have to pay $55 per car and you only get 2 vehicles. I was surprised by this.

The condo was nice. It had a rug in the living room that was coming apart and it looked like dog hair on all of our clothes. We finally called and ask if we could roll it up. When we checked in we thought we had paid for 2 parking passes and was told no that it was not included. The dishes were old and stained and the black was coming off of the pots. But other than that, it was nice.

Review of the property

The place was not clean. The beds covers had stains looked like ketchup. the chair recliner handle was broken and was filthy. the sofas were old and stained. Bed sheets were not clean. as a whole was really a bad experience. Closets were piled with stuff .... I can go on. Only positive thing was view was not bad. And next tenant please make sure you have at least one day of salt pepper, coffee and sugar. We have stayed at Airnb all over but never encountered this.

For the price, I was very disappointed with the unit. This was the first vacation our family had taken in 5 years and I was really upset. I was not told that I had to pay for parking. I received a text stating additional charges may apply one week before the trip. I should have asked how much parking would have cost. We had 2 cars and that was an extra 110 I was not planning on. The WiFi did not work. I did call someone and they said they reset it but it still did not work. The tv would not connect. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. All of the furniture was old and outdated. We had to go buy fans for the rooms because it was hot in the condo. The place was clean I will give them that. It is an older unit. It is a good location with lots of places close by. The lines to get on and off the elevator at the beach were insane. We waited 30 minutes for an elevator ride from the beach floor to our room on floor 9. I would not stay here again.

Poor cleanliness

The main living area was pretty worn down and dirty. The furniture had dirt stains and human hair on them when we arrived so we had to use extra bed sheets to cover to feel ok using. It also looks like the floors in corners of the condo had not been cleanee in a long time. Additionally, there are exposed carpet staples at the thresholds of each bedroom that we each stepped on. The place could really use a deep cleaning and/or new furniture that people aren’t afraid to sit on.

Bring blow up mattresses!

BLOW UP MATTRESSES would be more comfortable than the beds. in there. IF I OWNED IT I WOULD GET NEW MATTRESSES TODAT and take all my personal belongings out. It’s just way too much. We put a lot of it in closets so we could get around. Overall though we would come back. Priced very reasonable.

A few shortcomings

The seating accommodations in the living area were not good. Need an upgrade terribly! The pic of the furniture on the deck was not accurate, and I even asked about it before we went, because I saw someone else's comment about it. I was told it was accurate - wrong.

We had a great time. One bed was broken but there were only 3 of us. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the small sharks. Had a real nice time. Never could get the living room tv to work. Loved all of the books because we are readers. Would like to go again one day.

Needs updated

The location of the property is great, we have stayed at this property before, different unit. The unit we had this year was a good price thank goodness cause I would of been very upset if I paid more. All of the beds need replaced or repaired, the bed in the master had my back hurting on day 2. Beds where my kids slept weren’t even on the frames all the way. The kitchen appliances could be updated too, took a very long time for the oven to heat up. The pot holders in the unit are very old and you feel the heat coming though them. The furniture in the living room has seen better days and also needs updated. We had to use all the extras pillows on the couch to try and give us some support on the day we were in the unit due to weather. The overall property is great. Will I stay in this unit again, no, not unless it gets an update.
