Great spot on the beach!

This was an amazing place to stay right on the beach at Orange Beach! The amenities were great, it was clean, comfortable and perfect for a family vacation! I would definitely stay here again.

Was a beautiful location! Condo clean, pictures are accurate showing details.

We had a great time! Property manager answers questions promptly. Centered around great restaurants and activities. Easy access to pool and beach. The only thing that would be nice if the condo had 2 chairs and an umbrella, otherwise would definitely come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Deor is updated and pretty. Beautiful view, just like the pictures. Check in/out was quick and hassle free. Missing some minor things like hangers and trash bags, but otherwise a great spot for a beach vacation. Close to all the stores on the main drag.

Wonderful stay for 6

Great stay! Enough room for teenagers, and the wife myself. Publix, Walgreens, Sbux very close. The best part of this property is its on the beach! I was able to sneak in a little work and sit on the beach facing patio. Liquid Life is a great property manager. If you need anything, they respond like a hotel would. The condo itself it beautiful. I would consider living here as a snowbird one day! We love the white sandy beaches on the Alabama Coast. The fishing here is world class. Close to the marina. Gulf Shores State Park is down the street too. We'll be back!

Summerchase is a great building- nice location, good pools, clean- the condo itself-605- very outdated, sofa extremely old and sunken, floors so dirty our feet were black, fan in bedroom didn’t work, switches on walls didn’t operate properly, tvs didn’t have proper remotes- etc- we would stay in building again but not that condo.

Great Condo But...

I would have given five stars but while we were at the beach someone was in the unit. When I called the property management company, she said she had no record of anyone from their company being in the unit. She said sometimes the building employees might come in and that I would have to contact them. The property manager should have control of who comes in and out of the unit. Also the main bedroom is in dire need of a new mattress.

Stay was OK but have stayed at better.

Good location and amenities- ping pong, jenga, connect four, pools, grills. Floors in condo were dirty. Our feet were black as tar after walking barefoot in the condo. Called to have floors cleaned but it wasn’t any better. Master bed was terrible. My husband had a backache all week from the bed. No soap for hands/body at all in the condo so had to buy soap immediately. We rented beach umbrella and chairs each day and other people set their own umbrellas and chairs up In front of us. That’s never been allowed at other oceanfront condos we’ve stayed at.

All good except on arrival tv wouldn’t work. Tv hadn’t been set up and when it was tv kept cutting off. This was the tv in living room. Only other problem was the front door wouldn’t close all the way unless you were paying close attention.

The condo was as advertised. It is in a great location, of course being right on the beach with great views, but also within a couple minutes of many different restaurant options. Our girls enjoyed several nights at the volleyball net and in the pool. And we all enjoyed the beach! This is actually our second time at Summerchase but in a different unit. We very much enjoy our time in Orange Beach with the only down side being that we have to leave each time!

Great Condo

This is our 2nd stay at this exact condo and same room! The check in/out process is super easy and everything is perfect! We did miss the balcony sitting this trip due to it being closed but we made the best of it!

Great location!! Easy process for checking in and out. The mattress in the bedroom was flipped upside down so we had to flip it and the floor was not the cleanest but overall a great place to stay!
