This property is beautifully decorated with a fun beach theme. Very comfortable and has everything you need for your trip. Perfect location and beautiful views of the beach. Loved everything about it. Great communication and fast response time. They make it very easy for check-in/check-out. The building lobby area was kept very clean and smelled good every time we walked out of the elevators. People working were very kind and helpful.

Great location and we enjoyed our visit to OBA very much! Our condo we found to be very dated with the need of a whole condo redo. One of the Most Important things needed in a rental is for your guest to get a good night rest! The beds have no life left in them which lead to very little sleep. The balcony was a nice size and a great view. Lots of potential for this unit, just need to move everything out and start from ground up with a full overhaul.

Everything was great. The only issue was the master bedroom never got really cool temperatures as the rest of the unit. Even with the ceiling fan we had to use a stand up fan we found in the closet to keep cool. The people in the office leave early and take the umbrellas from the pool when they go. They are supposed to leave at 4 but they left at 3 everyday and took away the umbrellas. We otherwise enjoyed everything.
