The Living Spaces

KITCHEN & DINING | The heart of the home. The stunning waterfall island seats four, with an additional six seats at the dining table. It’s fully stocked and ready for everything from taco nights to fresh seafood feasts.

OUTDOOR | Expansive balconies overlook the pool, furnished with Adirondack chairs and loungers. Includes a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower for effortless post-beach cleanup.

CONVENIENCES | The Surf and Suds laundry nook features a full-sized washer and dryer. We also provide a starter set of soaps, shampoos, and paper products to get your trip started right.

Azul Oasis comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across 5 designer bedrooms, all featuring memory foam mattresses and premium linens.

ESSENTIAL DETAILS:

📄RENTAL AGREEMENT Once a booking is made, you’ll receive a POC (point of contact) form and a short rental agreement to e-sign. This is for liability purposes only.

Before you secure your spot at Azul Oasis, here’s what you need to know::

• Rental Agreement: Once booked, you’ll receive a Point of Contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign for liability purposes only.
• Occupancy Notice: Accommodates up to 14 guests MAX (Maximum of 12 adults (ages 13+). Top bunk beds are for children only.
Bottom bunks may be used by adults or children. Infants under 2 are not counted toward occupancy.
• Pet Policy: Two dogs max allowed with prior approval and a $200 fee /per dog.
• Policies: Guests must be 21+ to book. No smoking, parties, or events allowed.
• Quiet Hours: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
• Safety: Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers.
• Amenities: Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided for your comfort.

Arrival & Departure Policies
To ensure our team keeps the house in pristine condition, we observe the following:
Check-in Time: 4PM
Check-out Time: 10AM

Flexible Options (Subject to Availability):
• Early Check-in (2:00 PM) | Available for a $50 fee (request 24hrs in advance)
Fully refunded if the home is not ready by 2:00 PM.
• Late Check-out (11:00 AM) | Available for a $50 fee to enjoy one last hour of vacation.
