Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the property and amenities.The water slide, splash pad, and indoor pool for rainy days were a hit! The kitchen needs some spatulas, plastic cups for kids, and other minor utensils. And a broom and a dust pan would be nice.Rugs could be cleaned - hence the 4 stars for property cleanliness. I would give it 4 1/2 if I could.Overall, a great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at Phoenix Gulf Towers 2103. The unit was clean, well-decorated and spacious. Our group of 5 enjoyed the views from the balcony and spent time relaxing in the lazy river. Communication was clear and check-in was easy with the keyless entry. We had to purchase a parking pass the next day and the guy at the counter was friendly and took good care of us. We highly enjoyed our experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit exceeded my expectations. Very private large balcony. Great location being close to Gulf Shores State Park. I do, however, wish there were screen doors as I love to sleep with sounds of the waves and fresh air, but several bugs entered our unit.

holiday week trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we enjoyed ourselves. I was worried about the parking with a truck, however we had no issues. the beach was crowded on the holiday, which was to be expected. I can't imagine how crowded it will be when tower II opens. Needs more grills. We were unable to use a grill due to the wait and 1 person using multiple grills. the dryer buzzer is excessive and loud. the washer is extremely loud. It might have something wrong with it. the kitchen was not clean when we arrived. the dishes were still dirty in the washer. the cabinets had drippings. Overall the condo was perfect for our needs. Really like the 2 queen beds in each room! the hallway can get loud. The elevators were excellent and did not have to wait long. could have used extra pillowcases and kitchen sponge to wash dishes rather than washcloth.

There were a couple of items missing (iron and blender) but management was very responsive and brought both to us upon request. We loved the pool and lazy river. This was a perfect place for us and we would return.
