The location was great!

Unfortunately they were painting the back side of the condo so we had workers on our balcony at 8am. The condo is not stocked with things like dish soap, extra tp, paper towels, laundry detergent.

Washing machine was filthy. Dishes were left dirty. Carpet needed cleaning.

The view was the best part.

The bedrooms had carpet that was in need of replacement. The furniture was flaking in places. The furniture had a lot of dust. It looked like it was recently dusted, but only half way. The complex was showing its age as well. We love Orange Beach but wont stay at any of the Phoenix properties again.

Great location, ocean views

Photos need to be updated but it was a nice unit with updates. Clean. As a Phenix property, the front desk operates under normal business hours. Carpet needs to be updated. Kitchen was very clean and the ocean views were amazing. This is a corner unit also so you don't have neighbors on one side which is nice. The unit has two balconies, one in the master that faces the opposite direction and is large. Master bedroom mattress was more firm than I am used to but the bedroom with the queen-size bed had a very nice mattress. Perfect fit for us. Wish the unit told us we needed to provide our own toilet paper and beach towels but I would stay here again.
